Codeluminix also provides IT services including but not limited to:

All services are provided based on a separate written agreement, quotation, or proposal shared with the client.

5. Project Scope & Revisions

The project scope will be defined before development begins.
Any additional features or modifications outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Unlimited revisions are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Projects may require an advance payment before work begins.
Remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.
Delay in payment may result in project suspension or delay.
Payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

7. Delivery & Deployment

Upon completion and full payment:

The client will receive the compiled application file (APK, AAB, IPA, or equivalent build).
Website files will be delivered as per agreement.
App Store / Play Store publishing is included only if agreed in writing.

8. Source Code & Intellectual Property Policy

Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract:

Codeluminix retains full ownership of all source code, development files, architecture, frameworks, and internal systems used to develop the project.
Clients are granted a license to use the final delivered product.

Source Code Access

Source code is not included in the standard delivery.
If the client requires full source code transfer or ownership rights, this must be agreed in writing.
Additional charges will apply for source code handover.
Source code will only be delivered after full payment is received.

Without a written agreement and additional payment, all rights remain with Codeluminix.

9. Maintenance & Support

Maintenance, updates, and technical support are not included unless specifically mentioned in the agreement.
Future updates or modifications will be charged separately.
